Austrey & Newton Regis Junior Cricket Club is situated in the village of Newton Regis, just 5 miles north of Tamworth and in recent years has expanded under the guidance and development of Bev Johncock
The club moved from the neighbouring village of Austrey to secure a ground at Newton Regis approximately three years ago,and has teams from Under 9 through to the newly formed Senior team.
The Under 9's, the liveliest age section of the club, use Kwik Cricket equipment for this age group where safety and fun are paramount.
The Under 10's play Kwik Cricket and 'hard ball' in the Warwickshire League.
In addition to the Kwik Cricket teams, the club also has four other junior sides; U11,U13,U15 and U16s. The teams play in the Warwickshire,Leicestershire and Nuneaton & Bedworth Leagues
Austrey & Newton Regis Junior CC is dedicated to promoting grass roots cricket, and always encourages new players and members to join, and has adopted the ECB "Safe Hands" policy regarding child protection issues.

Winter Nets....
The Indoor Nets / Winter Coaching Sessions will again be held at the Hood Park Leisure Centre in Ashby, every Saturday evening, starting on the 23rd January & running through until the 27th March.
The evening will be split into 3 separate coaching sessions, age group and times are as follows : -
UNDER 9’s & 10’s 5.15 - 6.15 pm
UNDER 11’s & 13’s 6.15 - 7.15 pm
UNDER 15’s, 16’s, 17’s &
Adults 7.15 - 8.15 pm
The cost will be £ 3.50 per person per session. We are also offering the facility for parents to pay a block booking fee of £ 25.00, covering all weeks.
